With upcoming events such as family Get-Togethers, Graduations, Weddings, and Garage Sales we wanted to take the time to remind everyone of our Church Rental & Use Policy.
USE OF TABLES/CHAIRS OFF SITE=
There is no cost for members to use tables/chairs, however the tables and chairs are crucial to our Sunday Services. We therefore ask that if damaged during your use, you make immediate restitution. It is also necessary to return items to their location borrowed well in advance of Sunday Service.
Please contact Pastor Cathy to reserve use of tables/chairs. Your reservation will be put on our church calendar so there is no overlap in using them or when someone else reserves the building.
RENTAL OF THE CHURCH BUILDING=
Members= $25 rental + $50 deposit ($75)
Non Members=$50 rental + $50 deposit ($100)
We have tables and chairs to comfortably seat 85 people. We have extra tables so that 110 people could be seated, but we do not have the extra chairs. There is handicap access to the building but bathrooms are downstairs (no handicap bathrooms). Full use of the kitchen. Off-street parking. We ask that you provide your own sound equipment/music since we rely on our sound equipment for church services.
Deposits are REFUNDED if the church is cleaned per Cleaning Sheet (found on message-board at church). We ask that proper notification be given if you DO NOT intend to clean so that a member of the church has ample time to clean before Sunday Service.
Please contact Pastor Cathy to reserve your date, make deposit, and schedule to get a key to the building. Your reservation will be put on our church calendar so there is no double booking or overlap in use of tables and chairs.
